If your staff can come to my home to present a bill of D800 monthly why are they not concern about over D2Millions worth of water wastages; Look around town and you will notice hordes of burst pipes leaking water freely into the streets; how about the environmental damages being caused; how about the hazards ? little children going to school, taxis and other vehicles splashing water unto their uniforms and school bags; Old Papas going to the mosques with their white gowns being muddied; Mr. MD you know you are my friend. take action now or; otherwise I will think that you are slow. Infact more importantly NEA, are you not aware? Health department, Mamadi Cham, Director of Health Services, you are my friend; take action now or else I will think that you are sleeping in the Office, are you sleeping ? is it not within your domains?
