How might we deal with our psychological well-being during Covid-19 Qurantine?

Ajit Karve, Psychotherapist, Transactional Analyst at Asha Institute, offered the following advice and insight;

My parents, brothers and sisters are all wonderful. My in-laws and relatives are wonderful. Our children are wonderful. Their spouses are wonderful. My neighbors are wonderful. All my friends are wonderful. People around me are wonderful. Everyone in my house is wonderful. My spouse is wonderful. She / he is kind, loving, caring, sincere, meticulous and attentive to details. She / he does her / his part well. I am wonderful. My body is wonderful. All systems in my body are wonderful. My mind is wonderful. All neural and mind related systems are wonderful. My life is wonderful. My life is wonderful. My life is wonderful. Everything falls in place for me. Just by simply realizing that this is also a disease which one day will not be as bad as it is today. It just requires some time during which the only thing we need to do is to take care of ourselves by being at our homes. And in a few weeks or months, things would come under control. Till then, we just need to exercise caution. That's all. Mariam Mushtaq, who works at Wysa wrote;
